We ended our first night in New Orleans by walking to this outstanding restaurant. The service was awesome and super friendly. We each had a couple of mixed drinks, and they were not only pretty but were made excellently. The food was authentic to the area and truly delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful and tastefully done. I would love to go back.

If you are craving authentic New Orleans comfort food, then look no further. Our party ordered the iconic Roast Beef and Shrimp Po-boys. The gravy-soaked roast beef and crispy shrimp were both sloppy masterpieces. I had the Chicken and Waffles. This generous portion had crispy, moist chicken surrounded by crunchy waffles smothered in a sweet maple syrup. The service was super friendly and attentive. If you're looking for comforting, savory New Orleans treats, then you will not be disappointed.

I went into this location for happy hour. There are cool choices that differed from the westbank location’s. I felt as though the bartender made my mom and I feel like we were an inconvenience () but the food was just okay. I only got two things: lobster rangoons and crawfish dip. (smoke shrimp dip is served cold). the rangoons were fried too hard to eat comfortably and the cheese dip originally came out warm-ish and got cold fast. We were able to get it warmed so that was fixed but I would probably only revisit during another time of they day when more care can be put into the food. Look forward to giving another review in the future!

I came here with a group of friends for lunch. We had a great time, the food was amazing. I got the Shrimp Bourox Pasta and it was absolutely spot on. The presentation was excellent and the taste was amazing. My friends got caesar salad, steak (rare-well done), waffles, sandwiches. Basically everything on the menu. The price was surprisingly cheap. The 9 of us only payed $272 ($327 with gratuity that they include automatically to their bill). I tried their cocktails as well. It was good and all of them had a little extra surprise to them. For example my Negroni was steaming like a chimney. Our service was good, the lady realized that one of the stake a friend of mine ordered was not cooked the way she asked for it and she immediately took it back before even placing it on the table. They were truly professional and kind to us. The restaurant itself when it comes to it’s atmosphere was nice as well. The tables and chairs were spaciously positioned. They have nice decorations and televisions on the walls appropriately placed for good visibility.

I’ve always felt the host or hostess sets the tone for the entire dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit started off on the wrong foot. The hostess made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests. No greeting, no smile—she simply walked ahead of us, sat us without a word, and walked away. It was unwelcoming and awkward. As for the food, it was okay. The Steak Frite came with two very small pieces of steak and enough fries to feed a small family. The Shrimp Breaux Bridge Pasta was flavorful, though oddly cold on top. Drinks were decent overall—the Krewe of Cosmo was a standout and really enjoyable. What saved this experience was the exceptional service from Shemyra. She was warm, attentive, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit a good one. Her energy and professionalism stood in sharp contrast to how we were greeted. If I return, it’ll be because of her—I’d specifically ask for her again! Giving 4 stars purely because of Shemyra’s service. Otherwise, this would’ve been a much lower rating.
